Dark Chocolate Collection – August

My decadent September Collection celebrates a mixture of dark, milk and white chocolate. Meant to share or not.

Each handcrafted bonbon is thoughtfully layered.  Elegant, refined, and made in small batches, this collection invites you to savor the richness of the season—one extraordinary bite at a time.

1. Brown butter & Pear. Brown butter forward accompanied by pear’s delicate touch.
2. Blackberry Sage.
3. Blush amber. Slow-roasted strawberries with deep jammy notes & delicate touch of pink peppercorn in white chocolate ganache.
4. Chai Latte. Warm chai spices folded into a silky white chocolate ganache with notes of caramel & vanilla.
5. Blood Orange Campari. A sophisticated balance of bright cities and gentle bitterness wrapped in velvety dark chocolate.
6. Fig & Honey. Luscious fig confit paired with floral honey ganache & a touch of Balsamic. Sweet, rich & elegant.
7. Banana Foster. A decadent ganache inspired by the classic dessert.
8. Rosemary Apricot.

Our selection of flavors and designs may vary from those pictured. We use high quality Felchlin couverture (Swiss chocolate) and Callebaut couverture (Belgian chocolate) Eat our creations within14 day, do not store in regular fridge since chocolate is highly absorbent and will take in all the flavors of the fridge, if you have wine fridge it is safe to store your chocolate there or in room temperature about 65F.
