These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of our Lotta fun coco lava fountain rental services and event booking services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”) provided by Lotta Fun Coco (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• Booking and Reservations:
  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a deposit, as specified by us.
  • Any changes or modifications to the booking must be communicated to us in writing and are subject to availability.
• Pricing and Payment:
  • Pricing for our Services will be provided upon inquiry and may vary based on the event type, location, duration, and additional services requested.
  • A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due before the event date, as specified by us.
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified by us and through the accepted payment methods.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing. The cancellation policy and any applicable fees will be outlined in the contract.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
  • Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
• Responsibilities of the Client:
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, date, and time.
  • The client must ensure that the event location meets the necessary requirements for setup and operation of the chocolate lava fountain.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to our equipment during the event due to negligence or misuse.
• Set Up and Operation:
  • We will provide the necessary equipment, chocolate, and accessories for the chocolate lava fountain setup.
  • Our team will set up and operate the chocolate lava fountain. Any interference with the setup or operation by non-staff members is prohibited.
  • The client is responsible for providing an appropriate power source and setup area for the equipment.
• Health and Safety:
  • The client is responsible for informing their guests about potential allergens present in the chocolate and any other products provided.
  • Guests are responsible for exercising caution while using the chocolate lava fountain to avoid burns or other injuries.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries caused by the consumption of our products or the use of our equipment.
• Liability:
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Intellectual Property:
  • All content, including images and designs, provided by us for promotional purposes remains our intellectual property and may not be used without our consent.
• Force Majeure:
  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and governmental actions.
• Governing Law:
