We use high quality Felchlin couverture (Swiss chocolate) and Callebaut couverture (Belgian chocolate) Eat our creations within14 day, do not store in regular fridge since chocolate is highly absorbent and will take in all the flavors of the fridge, if you have wine fridge it is safe to store your chocolate there or in room temperature about 65F. Due to cottage food operation law in Florida we do not ship our chocolate. Pick up or delivery is available

Shipping Details

Since we are in Florida a tropical hot and humid almost all year round state please, keep in mind your shipping destination. We have reserved the right to limit shipping method depending on temperature, time in transit and the condition of the weather at the final destination. During warmer months please, allow at least 24 hours for proper packing. We don’t do same day shipping. We ship only to US addresses, no P.O. Boxes. Please, make sure that the address you entered is correct: street address, apartment number, company name, suite. 

We are not responsible for failed deliveries. Incorrect address provided, no one was home to receive the package. All returned shipments or shipments that need to be rerouted are subject to additional charges. Since chocolate is a perishable we recommend to ship it where the recipient would be available to receive it.

 We ship from Monday-Wednesday only. We deliver locally in Lee county or up to a 100 miles radius for large orders. Please, contact us if you have a large order to verify if your order qualifies for a delivery before placing an order.

We do not ship on any Federal Holidays:

Independence Day 4th of July

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas December 25th-26th

New Years’Day January 1st

We do not ship from Thursday-Sunday
