Growing up I never liked candies but I loved chocolate. When me and my husband moved to Florida we started a small chocolate fountain business for different events, weddings, sweet 16 etc. One day I decided to make artisan bonbons for a Christmas party and it was an absolute success. I love the creativity of designing the bonbons and flavors. I started practicing and polishing my skills and learning from a successful chocolatier Chef Jungstedt from Sweden. We carefully construct layers to create a perfect balance of chocolate and filling to satisfy the most sophisticated palate of chocolate lovers!!!
